Orders & Payment
Simply browse our store, choose the product you love, select any options (like colour or size), and click ‘Add to Cart’. When you’re ready, head to checkout, enter your shipping and payment details, and confirm your order. You’ll receive a confirmation email straight away.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as other secure payment options shown at checkout. All payments are processed through a secure, encrypted checkout for your protection.
Absolutely. Our store runs on a fully secure, encrypted checkout, so your personal and payment details are always protected. We never store your full card details.
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll do our best to help. Contact us as soon as possible at Paweaseuk786@gmail.com with your order number. Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to change or cancel it, but you can use our returns process once it arrives.
Shipping & Delivery
Yes! We offer FREE shipping on every order worldwide, with no minimum spend. The shipping cost is already included in our prices, so the price you see is the price you pay.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, estimated delivery is 7–15 business days for the UK, 10–18 business days for Europe and the US/Canada, and 12–25 business days for the rest of the world. Some items ship from a local warehouse and may arrive faster.
To keep our prices low and our range wide, many of our products ship directly from our overseas fulfilment partners. This means delivery can take a little longer — but every order is fully tracked the whole way, so you’ll always know where your parcel is.
Yes. As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days after dispatch for the tracking to become active, as it takes a little time for the carrier to scan your parcel into their system.
Yes, we ship worldwide! Wherever you are, you can enjoy our products with free shipping. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
If you order several items, they may be sent in separate parcels and arrive on different days. This is completely normal and simply means some items shipped from different locations. There’s never any extra charge for split shipments.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return, as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase. UK and EU customers also have a 14-day cooling-off period under consumer law.
Just email us at Paweaseuk786@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return, and we’ll guide you through the process step by step.
Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember your bank may take a few extra days to post the refund.
We’re sorry if that happens! Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right — your statutory rights for faulty goods are always protected.
Certain items can’t be returned, including perishable goods, personal care products, and custom or personalised orders. This doesn’t affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Colours can appear slightly different depending on your screen settings and lighting. We do our best to show products accurately, but small variations are normal and not a fault.
