Shipping policy

At PawEase UK, we want your shopping experience to be simple and stress-free — which is why we offer free shipping on every order, with no minimum spend. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.


Free Shipping on All Orders

We offer FREE standard shipping worldwide on every order. The shipping cost is already included in our product prices, so the price you see is the price you pay — no surprise charges at checkout.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays) after your order is placed.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Please note: orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. During busy periods (sales, new launches, or seasonal peaks), processing may take a little longer — we'll always keep you updated.


Estimated Delivery Times

Many of our products are shipped directly from our overseas fulfilment partners to keep our prices low and our range wide. This means delivery can take a little longer than a local high-street store — but we promise it's worth the wait, and your order is fully tracked the entire way.

Total time = Processing time (1–3 days) + Delivery time above.

Some items in our range ship from a UK or local warehouse, in which case your delivery may arrive much faster (often within 3–7 business days). If your item qualifies for faster local shipping, this will be reflected in your tracking.


Why Some Orders Take Longer

We're upfront about this because honesty matters to us. A few things can affect your delivery time:

  • Customs and import processing — international parcels occasionally pause at customs, which is outside our control.
  • Carrier delays — busy seasons, weather, or local postal backlogs can add a few days.
  • Remote locations — deliveries to remote or rural areas may take longer.

If your order is taking longer than the estimated window, please don't worry — it's almost always still on its way. Just reach out and we'll track it down for you.


Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. You can use it to follow your parcel's journey at any time.

Please allow 2–5 business days after dispatch for tracking information to update and become active, as it can take a little time for the carrier to scan your parcel into their system.


Multiple Items in One Order

If you order several items, they may be sent in separate parcels and may arrive on different days. This is completely normal and simply means some items shipped from different locations. You won't be charged anything extra for split shipments — remember, shipping is always free.


Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice a mistake, contact us at Paweaseuk786@gmail.com as quickly as possible and we'll do our best to correct it before your order ships.


Lost, Stuck, or Delayed Parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated in a while, or your parcel hasn't arrived within the estimated window, please get in touch. We'll investigate with the carrier and either locate your order or make it right.

We're here to help — a delayed parcel is not a lost parcel, and we'll always work with you to resolve any issue.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For orders shipped outside the UK, your country may charge import duties, taxes, or customs fees on arrival. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. PawEase UK has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. Please check with your local customs office if you're unsure.
